Centre Beaubourg: Domain entities and some relations

This drawing was done for the exhibition, 2D3D: Drawing in the Post-digital Age. It is an attempt to apply modes of representation from software design–in this case, the entity relationship diagram, or ERD–to describe objects and relationships within a specific domain in architectural history. Relationship types included Analogy, Historical determinism, Collaboration, Deep precedent, Ambient discourse, Part-to-whole, and Critical response.
